Carol Short, 64, of Plant City, Florida entered into eternal rest on April 2, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Junior; children Vicki Short, Scott C. Short ( Ashley ), and Tara N. Collins ( Jon ); parents Wilson and Evelyn Smith; grandchildren Tyler, Hannah, Jordan, Lindsi, and Killian; and sisters Shari Rounds ( Wesley ) and Teresa Stewart ( Robert ). The family will receive friends Monday, April 7 from 6 - 8:00 P.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S., Plant City, where A Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 8 at 10:00 A.M.
