BAXTER, Frederick, "Freddie" 55 a native and life long resident of Plant City died on July 19, 2003 in Tampa. He was a Protestant and an Army Ranger with the 101st Airborne, a veteran of Vietnam, where he re ceived the Purple Heart among other decorations. He was employed with the Hillsborough County Property Appraisers office. He was Santa Claus for the Plant City Christmas Parade for ten years. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; son, Frederick E. Baxter II; daughter, Cindy Wyatt and husband Timmy; also two grandchildren, Garrett and Trenton Wyatt, all of Plant City.
